Hello friends!
I hope you're all doing SO well and healthy!
Let's be honest, while a lot of us are settling into this new "normal" and enjoying spending quality time with our family. Many people are having days where we could be feeling overwhelmed and gloomy. After being on Zoom meeting after Zoom meeting, I'm finding myself just needing a break from all things technology. I like to add some major outside time into my day... you know when it's not GLOOMY and grey outside. Mental Health IS so important, especially right now where the changes are coming like wildfire!
Parents, students, and educators- it is so important to be gracious with ourselves and know that the best you can do, is MORE THAN OKAY!
I've included a list of coping skills and fun things to do to try to help if you're also feeling this Zoom and Gloom!
Take a hike/ walk
Read a book
Call a friend
Bake
Learn a new hobby (I learned how to sew via Youtube- see technology can be good, right!?)
Exercise
